As usual, everything goes back to a girl. Chris Wallace wrote his effervescent pop hit Remember When (Push Rewind) about the one he was seeing when his career took off. That relationship fell apart under the strain of pursuing pop stardom, but eternal optimist Wallace likes to await back at its best times. "As my future got bright, we started losing low-cal, and I couldn't run across that you were the one," he sings in the first verse of the vocal, which is No. 24 on U.s. TODAY'south top twoscore airplay nautical chart.

The vocal's video, much of which plays backward, has one.27 million YouTube views. "Call back When is similar a celebration of that relationship, like 'call back when everything was amazing' and questioning why we e'er said goodbye," says Wallace, 27. "I guess, at the end of the solar day, I'yard pretty positive. Even though the album'due south called Push Rewind, I'm always looking forward."
