Metro 2033 is the showtime game in the critically acclaimed Metro serial and has since seen two more titles that captured the hearts of many horror fans over the years. Now, with Metro Exodus' next-generation port coming soon to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, it is the perfect time to revisit the serial where information technology first began back in 2010.

Thankfully, that just got a lot easier for PC players, as the original version of Metro 2033 is completely free to add to one's Steam Library for a express time. In celebration of a massive sale surrounding the Metro series on Steam, Metro 2033 will be free until March 15 at 10 AM PT or 1 PM ET.
